 I’m one pound away from a “100” pound weight loss!

Here’s how I’ve tracked each day this past week:

  • Sept. 28th – Monday: 158.3
  • Sept. 29th – Tuesday: 156.9
  • Sept. 30th – Wednesday: 155.8
  • Oct. 1st- Thursday 155.6 (my low point to date)
  • Oct. 2nd -Friday: 156.6 (up 1 pound)
  • Oct. 3rd – Saturday: 156.0
